Back in 1975, Charles R. Lux Sr. began serving Mt. Pleasant and the surrounding community as the Director of Lux Funeral Home located on Broadway.  Thirty-three years later his son, Charles R. Lux Jr. continues the tradition as the Charles R. Lux Family Funeral Home opens its beautiful new funeral chapel at 2300 South Lincoln Road. For Charles R. Lux Jr. it is the opportunity to continue the service and passion of serving the families of the area during a time of loss. Charles Jr. continues with the values that he saw and learned growing up.
